Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and responsible professional to join George Kids as a Franchise Acquisition Manager. The role involves expanding our network by onboarding new franchise centers while ensuring quality education delivery, operational excellence, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new franchise partners

Lead the setup and launch of new franchise centres

Oversee daily operations of franchise centers

Ensure high standards of early childhood education and care

Implement brand guidelines, curriculum, and teaching methodology

Drive local marketing initiatives and admissions growth

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and center management capability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of preschool / early education operations.

Knowledge of admissions processes and local promotional strategies

Qualifications :

Graduate (preferred)

Prior experience in education, preschool management, franchise operations, or center administration will be an added advantage.
