Position: Sales Team Leader – Automobile Sales

Experience: 3–5 Years in Automobile Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Conduct sales meetings and provide regular coaching to team members.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business.
Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS.
Train new sales executives on products and sales processes.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Knowledge of automobile products and market trends.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Qualification:
12th
3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
As per company standards and experience.
Preferred Industry: Automobile Dealerships, Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Two-Wheelers.
