Key Responsibilities

Handle customer travel queries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads
Sell international & domestic holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa services
Understand customer requirements and create customized itineraries
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and operations team
Provide excellent customer support before and after booking
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, visa policies, and market pricing

Requirements

3–8 years experience in travel sales or travel consulting
Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations
Good communication and sales skills
Experience with CRM systems and lead handling
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Knowledge of GDS/flight booking systems is a plus
Passion for travel and customer service
