Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive – Real Estate who can independently handle large-ticket transactions, corporate clients, investors, and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge and a proven ability to close high-value commercial deals.
Key Responsibilities
· Close high-value real estate transactions
· Handle corporate clients, investors, and HNI customers
· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and detailed project presentations
· Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal closures
· Maintain strong post-closure relationships for repeat and referral business
· Update CRM, MIS, and closure reports on a regular basis
· Ideal Candidate Profile
·1–4years of experience in commercial real estate sales & closures
· Strong understanding of leasing, ROI, yield, and investment-driven sales
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Target-driven, confident, and professional approach
· Gurgaon commercial market exposure preferred
