Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives, drive property sales, and ensure achievement of sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Generate, assign, and track sales leads.

• Guide team members through the complete sales process, from lead generation to closure.

• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

• Monitor sales activities and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling or leadership role.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and the real estate market.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
