## 🌟 Job Title: Zonal Data Captain

Contractual Role: 6 Months | Work Mode: 100% Field Role |

Salary: ₹35,000/month ctc(30k Fixed In hand + 5000 travelling allowance + Unlimited Incentives upto 1.5 lakh weekly )

### 🚀 About the Role

We are building one of India’s largest commercial video data collection networks. As a Zonal Data Captain, you will own your territory, meet business owners face-to-face, and bring them onboard for video data recording. The more businesses you convert, the higher your earnings — with no limit on incentives.

### 💼 What You’ll Do

- Business Acquisition: Visit factories, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, and other commercial units to convince owners to join the program.

- Pipeline Building: Convert new businesses daily and submit accurate details in the app.

- Territory Expansion: Scout nearby towns and industrial clusters to grow your zone.

- Recording Day Support: Be present at businesses during recording, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

- Daily Reporting: Keep your coordinator updated on conversions, schedules, and on-ground challenges.

### ✅ What We’re Looking For

- Local candidate with fluency in the local language + Hindi/English.

- Must have 1 year of field sales/business development/field collection/emi collection/recovery/b2b /b2c experience(Any type of target oriented work).

-Must have strong geographical knowledge.

- Strong local network of business owners.

- Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable with extensive daily travel.

- Role Type: Full-time contract (6 months,Contract might be renewed after 6 months)

- Work Mode: 100% field-based

- Travel: Daily travel across your zone + nearby towns

- Reporting: Zone Lead + Internal Coordinator

- Earnings: ₹35,000 fixed/month + uncapped incentives

-Must have his own Bike+ Driving Licence

-Age upto 40 years only
