Hiring: Seller Support Associate
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC
Working: 5.5 Days/Week
Shift: Rotational
Week Off: Rotational
Cab: One-way cab facility available during odd hours
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
What You'll Do
• Assist sellers with their queries through voice, chat, email, or other support channels.
• Handle queries related to orders, payments, listings, inventory, shipping, returns, refunds, and account-related issues.
• Understand problems, troubleshoot them, and provide the right resolution.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and service standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Who Can Apply?
• Experience in Customer Support, BPO, E-commerce, Seller Support, or Contact Center is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
