Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide counseling to medical and engineering aspirants.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on leads provided by the marketing and support teams.
• Understand the needs and aspirations of students to recommend suitable programs.
• Convert inquiries into admission through effective follow up and relationships building.
• Maintain accurate records of students interactions and follow up activities.
• Achieve individual and team admission targeta within the given timelines.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; sales or Education background will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
• Comfortable working in a target driven environment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.
• Strong organization, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Professional, confident, and empathetic approach while dealing with students and parents.
