Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic education counselor to Join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding and counseling students aspiring for careers in Medical and engineering fields. If you a flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping students make informed career decisions, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and provide counseling to medical and engineering aspirants.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on leads provided by the marketing and support teams.
Understand the needs and aspirations of students to recommend suitable programs.
Convert inquiries into admission through effective follow up and relationships building.
Maintain accurate records of students interactions and follow up activities.
Achieve individual and team admission targeta within the given timelines.

Required skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred; sales or Education background will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
Comfortable working in a target driven environment.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.
Strong organization, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
Professional, confident, and empathetic approach while dealing with students and parents.
