Education Counsellor

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students or clients through digital marketing career options, course offerings, and help them choose the right learning path or services. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments or sales through effective communication, counselling, and follow-ups.

• Counsel students or clients on various digital marketing career paths, trends, and skill requirements.

• Explain course structures, learning outcomes, and potential job roles post-completion.

• Respond promptly to leads through calls, emails, or chats and maintain consistent follow-ups.

• Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions or service clients.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of student/client interactions in the CRM.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

• Provide feedback on frequently asked questions or client concerns to improve product offerings.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends to give informed advice and insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or a digital marketing-related role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up systematically.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
