• Student Counseling:

• Admissions Assistance:

  • Guide students through the application and enrollment process.

  • Assist with documentation, form filling, fee payments, and interview preparation.

• Follow-ups and Conversions:

  • Conduct follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins.

  • Achieve enrollment targets through effective conversion of prospects.

• Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate student records and databases.

  • Generate reports on daily/weekly counseling activities and admissions performance.

• Workshops & Events:

  • Organize and conduct career guidance workshops, webinars, and open house sessions.

  • Attend education fairs and represent the institution at various events.
