Job Title: Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sustainable growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and leading expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand markets and increase revenue.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a sales-focused role (typically 3–5+ years in mid-level roles).

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot.

  • Excellent market research and analytical abilities—able to turn insights into actionable strategy.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building and client trust.
