Sales Education Counsellor

Overseas Counsellor Job Description:

The Overseas Counsellor will provide expert advice and support to individuals planning to study or work abroad. This involves assessing clients' needs, offering appropriate programs or opportunities, and ensuring successful application processes. The role demands a high degree of empathy, cultural sensitivity, and current knowledge of international procedures.

Responsibilities:

Need to make 100-120 outbound calls.

Provide one-on-one counseling to individuals seeking overseas opportunities.

Assist clients in selecting appropriate educational or work programs abroad.

Guide clients through the application and visa process.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems and job markets.

Coordinate with foreign institutions and employers to facilitate placements.

Conduct pre-departure orientations and workshops.

Support clients through cultural adjustment and integration processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Related Field.

Proven experience as a counselor or advisor for international affairs.

In-depth knowledge of international education systems and job markets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
