Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
Create and manage ad campaigns to drive sales and visibility
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights for improvement
Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Handle customer queries and resolve issues
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and platform policies
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in managing Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including product listing, ad campaigns, and order management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
