Flying Vertex Studio is a trusted name in 3D architectural rendering and visualization. We work with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and home owners to bring their projects to life through photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations.
We are looking for 2 Business Development Executives (India-based) who will focus on converting qualified leads into paying clients.
Note: We already generate leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads. Your job will be to follow up, nurture, and close those leads.
Contact and engage with inbound leads generated via ads (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
Understand client requirements (architects, designers, developers, or homeowners).
Present service offerings and share relevant portfolios/case studies.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
Maintain proper records in CRM for follow-ups and conversion tracking.
Coordinate with the production team for project handovers.
Proven communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client handling (preferred in design/architecture/real estate domain, but not mandatory).
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience & skills).
