Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, selling health insurance products, and executing sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Promote and sell Aditya Birla Health Insurance products to individual and corporate customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations and explain product features, benefits, and policy terms.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
