Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Portfolio Manager to lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to motivate, guide, and grow a team to achieve collective goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure consistent follow-up, client engagement, and pipeline development.
• Experience in banking, insurance, real estate.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase sales.
• Ensure team members follow up effectively on leads generated through marketing and other channels.
• Set individual targets, track KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback.
• Assist team members in closing high-value deals through negotiations and client relationship management.
• Stay updated on market trends, project launches, competitor activity, and industry news.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market (or global real estate, depending on the scope).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
