Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell products and services across multiple industries such as credit cards, insurance, and B2B solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, or referrals.

• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned categories (credit cards, insurance, or B2B services).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Conduct field visits and client meetings to close deals.

• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead generation and client support.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing, and customer service standards.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability.

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Basic understanding of financial products (credit cards, insurance) and B2B sales processes.

• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive in approach.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• MBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in credit card, insurance, banking, B2B, or consumer goods industries.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
