Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and inquiries related to export business.
Communicate with international clients in English.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills.
Good telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking with international clients.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email handling.
