Customer Support Executive

As a Senior Customer Support Executive (AMC) – DG Sets & Erection Works, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end annual maintenance contracts for DG sets, supervising erection and installation works, and ensuring top-class customer service throughout. You will coordinate with customers, field service teams, workshops, and spare parts vendors to deliver timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliable installation/commissioning. Your goal is to maximize DG set uptime, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
