Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media.

  • Explain CodeCraft courses, fees, benefits, and career paths.

  • Follow up daily with potential students until they join.

  • Collect student resumes and coordinate interviews with companies.

  • Inform students about class schedules, mock tests, and interviews.

  • Motivate students to stay consistent and confident.


    Student Coordinator / Education Counselor

    • Must have:

      • Smartphone (for WhatsApp, calls, messaging students).

    • Optional but better:

      • Laptop or PC (to maintain spreadsheets, send emails, manage registrations).

    • Reason: Most communication can be done via phone, but a laptop helps track students professionally.
