Education: 12th/PU/Any Degree | Timings: 9.40 am - 7.00pm
Job Description
-Contact customers via phone, email, or chat regarding pending invoices or bills.
-Send reminders before due dates and follow up after missed payments.
-Keep detailed records of all communication and follow-up actions.
-Answer customer queries about invoices, payment methods, and transaction statuses.
-Explain payment terms, penalties, or late fees clearly and politely.
-Assist customers in completing online or offline payments.
-Verify payment receipts and confirm transactions in the system.
-Handle disputes related to payments, such as wrong invoices, refunds, or partial payments.
-Coordinate with billing or finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
-Maintain accurate records of collected payments, pending amounts, and follow-up schedules.
-Update the CRM or accounting system regularly.
-Prepare daily/weekly reports of collected payments, pending amounts, and customer communications.
-Provide insights to management for improving collection processes.
-Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone even when discussing overdue payments
-Build trust to ensure repeat business and timely payments.
-Work closely with Finance, Accounts, and Sales teams to reconcile payments and invoices.
-Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities when needed.
