Voice Process Executive
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + High-Performance Incentives
About the Role
We’re hiring a voice Process Executive who can deliver both—great conversations and strong conversions. You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving revenue through effective communication and follow-ups.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and close deals
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue per customer
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout
Work closely with operations teams for seamless service delivery
Maintain lead and sales data in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
0–3 years of experience in sales / telesales / customer support
Strong communication & persuasion skills (English + Hindi required; Kannada is a plus)
Target-driven mindset with focus on conversions
Ability to handle objections and close confidently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
