🧾 About the Role
Bhanzu is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our International Sales team. The role involves engaging with global leads, understanding customer learning needs, and converting qualified prospects into long-term customers.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international leads (US/UK/UAE/Australia)
Conduct online/video counseling sessions for prospective customers
Understand student/parent learning requirements and suggest suitable programs
Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion pipelines
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking accurately
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory for international process)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Sales or business development experience preferred (EdTech/inside sales is a plus)
Comfortable working in US/UK shift timings if required
Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Good understanding of customer handling and CRM tools
