🧾 About the Role

Bhanzu is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our International Sales team. The role involves engaging with global leads, understanding customer learning needs, and converting qualified prospects into long-term customers.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international leads (US/UK/UAE/Australia)

  • Conduct online/video counseling sessions for prospective customers

  • Understand student/parent learning requirements and suggest suitable programs

  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion pipelines

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking accurately

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
