Key Responsibilities:
Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries for courses.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
Provide detailed information about course content, fees, schedule, and outcomes.
Assist students in the enrolment process and ensure complete documentation.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversion.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Participate in seminars, school visits, and marketing campaigns as needed.
Maintain and update lead records in the internal system (CRM/SIS).
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (Education or Science background preferred)
1–3 years of experience in counselling/admissions/sales (education sector preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Willingness to work on weekends and during admission seasons
Knowledge of competitive exams l
