Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and demonstrating product value. This role bridges the gap between technical solutions and customer needs to drive successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and business challenges
Deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to prospective clients
Analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation
Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility
Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product offerings
Assist in building sales collateral, case studies, and presentations
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms
Experience with client interaction and requirement gathering
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology solutions
Familiarity with solution architecture or system design
Exposure to RFP/RFI processes
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
