Eligibility

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate (any stream)

• Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in banking sales

• Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Work Timings

• Shift: Fixed Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹23,000 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and CASA accounts

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial product solutions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the team leader or manager

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (PL, CC, CASA)

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

• Positive attitude with a result-oriented mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
