Job Description

Manage and maintain all customer enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, websites, social media, and lead management systems.
Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospective customers to improve lead conversion.
Coordinate appointments, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives with the Sales Consultants.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained in the CRM system.
Monitor lead ageing and follow-up schedules to maximize conversion opportunities.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure prompt responses to customer enquiries.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to measure customer satisfaction.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly enquiry and conversion targets.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with Citroën CRM processes and company standards.
Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and dealership events.

Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
