Job Description:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the USA.
Generate and schedule discovery meetings.
Handle basic customer objections professionally.
Conduct approximately 500–600 calls per day using PowerDialler.
Send follow-up emails and complete callbacks.
Maintain accurate call and lead records.
Share customer feedback and objections with the team.
Key Requirement:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear, neutral English accent.
Comfortable speaking with US business professionals.
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development preferred.
Target-oriented and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
KPI: Minimum 4 successful discovery meetings per month
