Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive – Jewellery Showroom

Location: Mahatma Nagar, Nashik

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a smart and customer-oriented CRM Executive for our jewellery showroom. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the showroom or over calls

  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and feedback

  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM software

  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
