Senior CRM Executive

📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹4.5–6.0 LPA

Responsibilities:

Manage B2B customer relationships.
Handle key client accounts and order processing.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Resolve customer issues and follow up on payments.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

Graduate (MBA preferred).
5+ years of CRM/Key Account Management experience.
Strong MS Excel and CRM software knowledge.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Plastic, Polymer, Chemical, or B2B Manufacturing preferred.
