Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, partnering closely with stakeholders across product and engineering teams to define problems, map processes, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex business requirements into clear, testable technical specifications and user stories.

Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to design and implement efficient workflows.

Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and define project scopes clearly.

Analyze data and user feedback to suggest product improvements and operational efficiencies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Strict Requirement: Minimum 4+ years of experience working specifically within Product-based companies. (Please note: Candidates with experience only in project-based/service-based companies will not be shortlisted).

Proven experience in defining, building, and launching software products (prior experience in the IT Logistics domain is a huge advantage).

Strong command over creating wireframes, process flowcharts, and technical documentation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in using MS Excel and other analytical tools.
