Sales Co-ordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate closely with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
Prepare professional quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, and other essential sales-related documentation.
Proactively follow up with customers regarding inquiries, active orders, pending payments, and upcoming dispatch schedules.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer databases, sales records, and management information system (MIS) reports.
Coordinate seamlessly with the internal production, dispatch, and accounts departments to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
Handle standard day-to-day customer communication professionally through phone calls, emails, and occasional in-person meetings.
Monitor ongoing order status diligently and provide regular, accurate updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Generate routine sales reports and assist management with structured data analysis to assess commercial performance.
Support the core sales team in executing tactical strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • • • • • • • • •
Resolve customer queries effectively and coordinate cross-functionally for dependable after-sales support.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related professional field.
Experience: 2-5 years of proven professional experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or a similar role.
Software Skills: Robust proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook. Communication: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and customer handling skills.
Core Competencies: Exceptional coordination, persistent follow-up, and highly organized planning abilities.
Execution: Proven capability to multi-task effectively and work productively within a fast-paced business environment.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial order processing workflows, invoicing standards, and general sales documentation.
