We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Invest Mango. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
The CRM Executive/Manager at Invest Mango will manage the complete customer lifecycle focused
exclusively on the our branches.The role includes lead management, CRM operations, customer
support, and coordination with the sales team for seamless conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
• Manage all incoming leads from portals, campaigns, referrals, and channel partners.
• Assign leads to the sales team based on project and requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and strong lead nurturing.
• Maintain accurate lead data, history, and conversion status in CRM.
• Share daily lead performance reports with management.
2. CRM Operations
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM for all projects.
• Manage customer documentation, KYC, booking forms, and payment records.
• Create dashboards, MIS reports, and automated reminders.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper CRM hygiene.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Handle customer queries pre- and post-site visits.
• Provide accurate project details, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with the Noida sales team for customer interactions.
• Resolve post-booking queries through coordination with operations/admin.
4. Sales Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for our projects.• Support the sales team with documentation during closures.
• Maintain MIS for bookings, cancellations, and sales funnel analytics.
5. Reporting & Communication
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM and MIS reports.
• Give feedback to marketing regarding lead quality.
• Identify follow-up gaps and propose improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate/MBA preferred
• 5+ years CRM experience in real estate
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Sell.do, HubSpot)
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Excellent data management and reporting ability
