We are looking for a motivated costumer relation executive to support our sales team by interacting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and presenting our software solutions. The candidate will play a key role in qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.
Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand client requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to design suitable software solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
Participate in discovery calls and client meetings.
Respond to client queries related to product features and implementation.
Maintain lead records and update CRM with meeting notes and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team throughout the sales cycle until deal closure.
Reviewing new leads and qualifying prospects.
Scheduling and conducting product demos.
Preparing customized presentations and proposals.
Coordinating with internal teams for solution feasibility.
Following up with potential clients.
Updating CRM and reporting sales activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of software or SaaS products
Good documentation and proposal writing skills
Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
