Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and assistance.

  • Promote company products/services to potential and existing customers.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets.

  • Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth customer experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage).

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

  • Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or sales can apply.
