Job Description

Team Leader - Sales-CREDIT CARD-Sales (D0) As a Team Leader in the Sales-CREDIT CARD-Sales (D0) department, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's credit card sales and achieving business targets. Your primary focus will be on leading and motivating a team of sales executives to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for their development. Ensure compliance with sales processes and regulations, maintaining high ethical standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and cross-selling opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Good knowledge of credit card products, features, and benefits. Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events. Strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-centric approach. Experience Level Senior Level
