Counsellor

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and student-focused professionals to join our Study Abroad Counselling team. The role involves guiding students in achieving their global education goals through personalized counselling and end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic background and career aspirations.

• Guide students in selecting suitable universities, programs, and study destinations.

• Assist students in preparing academic documents including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.

• Provide financial guidance on tuition fees, living costs, scholarships, and visa-related expenses.

• Maintain accurate student records and manage leads effectively through CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets while ensuring a high conversion ratio.

• Stay updated with global education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in the EdTech or Study Abroad industry (mandatory).

• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive abilities.

• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Mindset: Target-driven, analytical, and proactive with problem-solving capabilities.
