We are looking for a Counsellor to join our team . The role requires identifying new opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online
Working with individuals, families or groups
Keeping confidential records
Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
Listening to clients' concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
