JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER INSURANCE

Location: Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Patiala & Shimla

CTC: 4.5 LPA + Conveyance ( Negotiable )

Industry: General Insurance ( Agency Channel )

Role type: Full time, Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hire new Insurance Agents to associate with the company to bring new customer on board
Train all agents for them to be able to use the company products
Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the agents
Ensure regular connect with pending leads/ References
Mandatory: Strong Motor Insurance Knowledge
