Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Study Visa Counsellor to guide students in achieving their dream of studying abroad. The counsellor will be responsible for providing accurate information, guidance, and support throughout the admission and visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad options (universities, courses, and countries).

• Explain admission processes, eligibility, documentation, and visa requirements.

• Assist students in filling out application forms and preparing documents.

• Guide students for interview preparation and financial documentation.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure smooth processing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.

• Stay updated with the latest visa regulations, university admission policies, and scholarships.

• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related preferred).

• Prior experience in study abroad counselling, immigration, or student advisory is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and online application portals.

• Should have knowledge about admission processes and visa filing for the UK, Australia, Canada, Schengen, and other European countries.

• Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
