The Germany Counsellor is responsible for guiding students who wish to study in Germany. The counsellor provides accurate and updated information on universities, courses, admission processes, visa procedures, scholarships, and post-study opportunities in Germany. The role involves end-to-end support from initial counselling to final admission and visa success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one counselling to students about studying opportunities in Germany.
Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable universities and courses.
Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications.
Help with documentation such as Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), CVs, and academic transcripts.
Track application statuses and follow up with universities.
Guide students through the German student visa process, including documentation, interview preparation, and blocked account setup.
