- Handle and follow up on company-generated leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' budget, requirements, preferred locations and investment objectives.
- Present and explain residential and commercial real estate projects, including configurations, pricing, amenities, payment plans and location benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and property bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Coordinate and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle and work towards closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers and other stakeholders for smooth execution of transactions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Keep updated with real estate market trends, competitor projects and developments in the Thane market.
