Business Development Manager

We are hiring a B2B Business Development Manager – College Partnerships to develop institutional partnerships with colleges and universities for professional career-development and financial education programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach colleges, universities and educational institutions.

• Connect with TPOs, Placement Heads, HODs, Deans, Principals and college management.

• Generate institutional leads through calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach.

• Schedule and conduct online/offline meetings with college decision-makers.

• Present our training and career-development programs professionally.

• Understand college requirements and propose suitable student cohort programs.

• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

• Follow up with institutions and independently close B2B partnerships.

• Coordinate student enrollment after institutional approval.

• Maintain daily sales pipeline and follow-up records.

• Develop long-term relationships for repeat batches and institutional partnerships.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates with 1–5 years of Sales/B2B Business Development experience.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• EdTech / Education Sales

• College or University Partnerships

• Institutional Sales

• Training & Certification Programs

• Skill Development

• Corporate Training

Existing relationships with TPOs, HODs, Placement Heads or college management will be a strong advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives

Performance incentives will be linked to actual business generated and collected revenue.

This is a target-driven B2B sales position. We are looking for candidates capable of taking complete ownership from prospecting → meeting → presentation → negotiation → closure.
