· Package: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,50,000 (Performance-based)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Direct Sales Executive to join our growing IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, directly engaging with clients, and closing sales for our IT solutions, including software development, Web/Mobile/App Development, WordPress, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365,DevOps, IoT, AI/ML, PHP, Node.js and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
✅Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
✅Present and promote IT services (such as custom software development, Web/Mobile/App Development, WordPress, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365,DevOps, IoT, AI/ML, PHP, Node.js and related technologies.
UI/UX, digital transformation) to prospective clients.
✅Conduct client meetings, understand their business needs, and propose suitable technology solutions.
✅Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.

Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related fields. ✔️Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️Self-starter with a proactive approach and target-oriented mindset. ✔️Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
