Role & responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with current and potential clients.
Identify target markets and segments to focus on for sales growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.
Conduct market & competition research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Planning and executing on ground promotional activities
Customer Communication - Tracking Orders, Sharing Dispatch Information and Feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and procurement, to streamline processes and delivery related issues.
