Job Summary

Nehlia Developers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle client portfolios, manage inbound and outbound queries, and drive revenue through effective client engagement and relationship management in the Delhi-NCR real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all client queries generated through marketing channels such as advertisements, SMS campaigns, and online property portals.

• Connect and network with clients to promote Residential and Commercial Properties across Delhi-NCR (Gurgaon & Noida).

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, converting telephonic discussions into face-to-face meetings.

• Plan, arrange, and accompany clients for site visits, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to drive conversions.

• Maintain in-depth and updated product knowledge, and share insights with the sales team when required.

• Research client requirements and suggest the most suitable real estate options accordingly.

• Demonstrate strong time management skills and consistently meet sales deadlines and monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate MIS and client records.

• Build long-term client relationships by providing end-to-end personalized services and seeking referrals.

• Track real estate market trends, competition analysis, and upcoming/existing developments.

• Drive revenue generation aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
