Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving life insurance business through the branch by building strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads, and closing sales. The role requires proactive business development, customer need analysis, and ensuring seamless service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive life insurance sales through given branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and customers.
• Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and close sales effectively.
• Train and motivate bank staff regarding producut and sales processes.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in marketing activities, branch activation, and sales campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies
• Minimum 1 year experience in LI sales, cross-selling life insurance or BFSI sales.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and banca channel functioning.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for field sales.
