Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with prior B2B sales experience to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting • Research and identify potential corporate clients in manufacturing, IT parks, hospitality, pharma, and construction sectors. • Build and maintain a strong database of qualified leads. Client Engagement & Meetings • Connect with decision-makers (Facility Heads, EHS Managers, HR, Admin, etc.) through calls, emails, and networking events. • Schedule and attend client meetings to present Safety Zest’s services. Sales Conversion • Understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals. • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve defined sales targets. Account Management • Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. • Ensure smooth handover of projects to the operations team. Reporting & MIS • Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and pipeline status. • Submit weekly sales reports and monthly performance reviews. Market Development • Represent Safety Zest at BNI, industry forums, exhibitions, and trade fairs. • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in B2B sales. • Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred). • Ability to understand client needs and align them with company services. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to achieve results under deadlines. • Knowledge of EHS / Compliance services is an added advantage. Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum + Attractive Variable Pay. • Working Days: Monday to Saturday. • Timings: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm. • Growth opportunities with performance-linked incentives.
