Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.

• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.

• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.

• Handle product promotions, trade marketing, and local activation strategies.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report to senior management.

• Ensure proper availability, visibility, and placement of products across channels.

• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with partners and vendors.
