Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research, analysis, and networking. 2. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive business growth. 4. Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. 6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients, sponsors and stakeholders. 8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. 9. Stay updated on sports industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation. 10. Represent the company at sports industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sports industry. 3. Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and business development techniques. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities. 6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for driving business growth. 8. Experience in Football is a plus. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
